Sensear is an Australian company offering innovative and award-winning technology that enables clear speech communication while protecting hearing in a range of high noise environments. After launching in entered the North American market with a series of marketing campaigns with less success than hoped for, Sensear was looking for innovative ways to engage potential customers in a more efficient manner.

Solution:

Total Graphics helped created a successful, fully personalized cross-media direct mail campaign introducing their products via a free trial to a very focused targeted list of approximately 5000 prospects across North America. Mailed printed pieces, containing recipient-specific information together with a personalized web link, drove the recipient to a website or call center to request a free equipment trial.

Results:

Sensear achieved better than expected results generating highly qualified leads with detailed information, with numerous additional business benefits such as dramatically streamlined the prospecting process. After this initial success, Sensear wanted to make this campaign a part of their on-going marketing support program for distributors. To meet the budgets, tight deadlines and small quanitities, Total Graphics created an automated online process enabling distributors to simply log on to the system and assemble documents online using flexible, pre-designed templates with their logo, company info, list of recipients, and print on demand.
