Challenge:
Pharmasave was using a paper-based system for their flyer program that was costly, slow and hard on the environment. After asking questions, getting to know the business, and gaining a better understanding of their internal processes, Total Graphics knew there was opportunity to use their knowledge and technology to help streamline the process and improve efficiency.
Solution:
Total Graphics designed a custom system that went beyond the traditional hosting of assets. Pharmasave’s entire system for flyer development was brought online - from photography to approvals, and rolled out slowly over time to ease the changes and ensure workflow was not negatively impacted.
Results:
The Pharmasave team had more and easier access to marketing tools and support. Marketing and branding was guaranteed to be consistent whether it was in Vancouver or St. Johns - time zones and provincial variances were overcome. The work process was more collaborative, but also more structured and paperwork was virtually eliminated. Even better, the business as a whole expanded, continually opening more stores across the country. Pharmasave and Total Graphics enjoyed a partnership for over 10 years.
