Jeff brings well over 10 years industry experience, in a variety of roles, to Total Graphic’s clients’ businesses. Relentlessly working to solve our client’s challenges, Jeff’s always putting his best foot forward, which should come as no surprise, in part because Jeff’s always willing to show off one of the pairs from his sneaker collection of over 100 pairs. We call him Imelda.

Jaime Milward - Account Manager

A graduate of the Graphics Communications Program at BCIT, Jaime has almost three years of experience in the graphics industry. Budget conscious and deadline driven, Jaime uses her irrepressible energy and enthusiasm to take any project to the next level. Originally from the Yukon, Jaime is using that same energy to take advantage of everything Vancouver has to offer, whether it’s Canucks and Lions games, walking the Stanley Park Seawall, following the Canucks, taking in concerts, and - did we mention the Canucks?

Dean Carratt - Account Manager / Display Graphics Specialist

From humble beginnings in the bindery, Dean has worked in nearly every capacity within the printing & signage industry. Now, nearly 25 years later, Dean brings his extensive knowledge and experience to Total Graphics. If you have lived in the Vancouver area during the last 15 years, you will have seen his installed projects associated with some of the largest brands in North America. Always in search of ways to extend the reach of his clients' message, Dean has become a trusted resource to those who rely upon him to keep things unique and creative. Away from work Dean spends time playing hockey and adding to his massive music catalogue.

Max Vescovi - Client Services Representative and Inside Sales

With over twenty years in the graphic arts industry, Max works closely with clients such as advertising agencies, printers and major retailers. Bridging the lines between clients and production with a keen sense of attention for detail, Max ensures that clients' ideas translate into the finished product. Max enjoys spending time outdoors in BC's trails and backroads as well as balancing that with our city's fine dining scene. His ability to prank all of us with the perfect poker face is legendary.

Vaughn Moldowan - Client Services Representative

Vaughn has over a dozen years of experience working as a CSR in Large Format and Short-Run Digital Printing and loves the feeling he gets from getting a job delivered on time and above expectations. Vaughn strives to fully understand clients' business and get to know them on a first name basis. Conversely, he’s okay with them knowing him on a middle name basis. Otto.

Lien Nguyen - Client Services Representative

Lien has always had a passion for printing - from taking the printing classes offered at her high school to making the trek to Toronto to earn her Bachelors at Ryerson’s Heidelberg School of Graphic Communications - Canada’s only degree-granting program for the printing industry. Lien’s second love is organizing - a skill that will come in handy in her role as a Customer Service Representative at Total Graphics. When not pouring over all things print and rearranging furniture, she is buying things in pretty packages (just to have the packaging), taking pictures, or hitting the slopes for some boarding. Look for her - she’s the petite blur that just zoomed by you.

Larry Koop - Operations Manager

Introduced to the lithographic trade while still in school, over 40 years later, Larry adds a wealth of experience and insight to the Total Graphics team. Having had the opportunity to work with, and learn from, some of the very best craftsmen in the industry, Larry embraces the position that a job can only be considered done if it is done right. When not continually adding to his work experience, Larry finds comfort in this garden and joy in his grandchildren. Not to mention the odd glass of wine.

Rick Findlater - Digital Colour Specialist

A member of the Total Graphics team for over 20 years, Rick has used his skills and built his experience in a variety of capacities. Originally in proofing / stripping, Rick moved into scanning, evolving with the ever changing needs of Total Graphics’ clients. Today, Rick operates the Indigo and takes care of all colour input, ensuring fidelity, accuracy, and consistency. You should see him pick paint colours at home.

Jamie Milton - Afternoon Shift Supervisor

Jamie has embraced his work experience as both a Prepress Darkroom Technician and a Graphic Designer into the perfect job of Night Time Supervisor at Total Graphics. With over 15 years of industry experience, Jamie follows the credo of “do it right the first time.” When Jamie’s not at work, trying hard to solve our clients' issues, he’s at home trying hard to solve all the family issues that go along with being a parent, chauffeur and cleaner.

Trish Jodoin - Marketing and Creative Services Co-ordinator

As part of the Total Graphics family for close to 20 years, Trish has done everything from doing desktop and creative work and customer service, to most recently getting her hands dirty helping with the marketing efforts. When Trish isn’t at Total Graphics, or watching her beloved Canucks, you can find her getting her hands dirty at home, or more accurately, in her garden.
